In short, no. A B620 Quality Control Manual have specific considerations that will not be present in an ASME Quality Control Manual. While it is possible to create a combined Quality Manual with the requirements for both, it is most often advised to keep them separate.

When purchasing a used Highway Tank, extreme caution is warranted! To be eligible for continued use in TDG service, you must have the following:

  • Highway Tank Certificate of Compliance (CoC)
  • Legible Metal Identification Plate (MIP) installed on the tank
  • Proof of (passing) up to date inspections and tests

If any of the above is missing, you will need to rectify prior to putting into service. We are happy to support you through this process.
