Meet the Founders

KAYO was founded on mutual respect, technical excellence, and a shared vision for client-centered engineering. With decades of combined experience in mechanical design and regulatory compliance, Yoseph and Kael joined forces to create a firm where clarity, precision, and people come first. From complex simulations to practical solutions, they’re driven by a commitment to quality and a passion for helping clients succeed.

  • Co-Founder

    Yoseph brings a calm, client-focused approach to every project. With extensive experience in regulatory compliance and operations management, he has built a reputation for delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes. Yoseph is a graduate of the University of Alberta and has led operations at a leading engineering consultancy prior to co-founding KAYO.

    Strengths: Communication, regulatory navigation, and client relationship management.

  • Co-Founder

    Kael is known for his strong technical foundation and deep expertise in pressure equipment and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). As a member of the Transport Canada B620 Technical Committee, he brings unmatched insight into the standards that govern the safe transportation of dangerous goods. His work reflects a sharp, detail-oriented approach.

    Strengths: Advanced simulations, TDG design, and technical problem-solving.
